Let's look at the Wohlstetter House, built 1953 by Josef Van Der Kar for actual geniuses Albert and Roberta Wohlstetter. He was a nuclear expert and she was an intelligence expert and historian and they advised various presidents on war strategy (specifically the Cold War, Pearl Harbor and the Cuban Missile Crisis).
